Description of Service

There are numerous advantages in soliciting the skills of an outside facilitator. Important business meetings, like your annual planning session or customer focus sessions, benefit by having a neutral facilitator. A PerspectiveView facilitator will meet with you a week before the meeting to understand your culture, team dynamics, meeting priorities, goals and agenda. Then we will help you achieve your meeting objectives. This frees you up to participate from a different, freer vantage point. Another application for a PerspectiveView facilitator is with groups that have a difficult time running meetings and communicating among themselves. Our facilitator will step in and run the meeting. We will set guidelines, create agendas and follow time commitments. We will also teach skills and coach any individual who would like to become a facilitator or would like to fine-tune their facilitation skills.
