Workshop Description
This workshop is about navigating workplace challenges. Conflict is bound to happen but tension between individuals and groups does not have to be destructive. In fact, interpersonal differences can actually be healthy. They can give birth to new ideas and create stronger relationships between individuals and groups. When the situation finally comes to a head and you've got to act, your response makes all the difference. This is the course for you if you want to take the mystery out of the term Emotional Intelligence. In a nutshell, this workshop provides interpersonal skills and mental strategies that help individuals navigate through uncomfortable circumstances.
